We have used ACI a few times now and have quickly learned to request Casey for our services. He is the BEST! Attentive, educated, knows what he's doing. We only ask for him when we have them come out now.
ACI northwest did a fantastic job. We had been experiencing issues with our heating/air conditioning not working properly. Having a heat pump, the heat and air conditioner works through the one unit. However as the switching valve refused to switch to air conditioning, the unit would blow out hot air. This had been ongoing for over a year.
Upon contacting ACI northwest, they were quick to send out a technician to access the issue. Since our unit is old, replacing it was the best recommendation.
It has now been 3 days since Logan, from ACI northwest came and installed the new heat pump. The quality of the new unit was amazing; a brand new 2022 model.
Logan, was professional sharing the steps he was taking to remove the old unit, and install the new one. He arrived right on time, and thoroughly got the unit installed.
Making sure everything was performing properly, he tested the unit. When he discovered there was a response issue, he continued to troubleshoot and then retested the unit.
He should me what the variance between heating and cooling should be (20 degrees), with our unit measuring 21 he had done an exceptional job.
I appreciate the hard work at getting the unit, installing it, and patiently confirming that it was performing properly. The professionalism made me a very satisfied customer.
Eric did an outstanding job of troubleshooting an issue that we've had on the heating system since we purchased the house six years ago and that another heating company in Post Falls couldn't fix. He did the maintenance on it very personable and did everything that we thought was above and beyond great service thank you!!
Very competitive rates quick response time , replaced control modual on 26 year old furnace, work was done on time with excellent cutomer service , would use them again

Casey did a phenomenal job analyzing my issue and coming to quick resolution. Communication and scheduling with the office was great. I'd recommend, ACI for all heating and air needs.
