Meet the Team

      I began my career exploring various opportunities to find my true calling. It wasn't long before I discovered my passion for understanding how things work and fixing what doesn't. This passion led me to enroll in one of the top-rated schools for the HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) trade in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating, I embarked on my career as a service technician in the San Francisco Bay Area. It was there that I spent the majority of my apprenticeship years, honing my skills and gaining invaluable experience in the heating and cooling industry.

      However, having grown up in the beautiful Coeur d'Alene area, I began to miss home. With a bit of persuasion, I convinced my wife that it was an ideal place to raise our family, and we made the move back. In 1997, I started my Northwest heating and cooling career with a local company, which was later acquired by ACI Northwest in 2004. Through dedication, hard work, and a strong faith in God, I worked my way up to the role of general manager. It is truly a privilege to be a part of the ACI family, and I am continually inspired by the dedication and hard work of each and every one of you.

Our wonderful customers rely on us for exceptional service, and it is with their trust and confidence in mind that we strive to excel in all that we do. It is through our collective efforts that we are able to achieve such high standards and deliver outstanding results.

I have been working in the customer service industry for more than six years with some of the largest phone service companies in the area. I have been able to glean a great deal of knowledge and ability in what it takes to get customers what they need in a timely manner. I came to ACI based on its reputation and the hope to grow my personal career with a company that is growing because of its great customer service. My goal is to continue my customer service learning with ACI and become part of a team that is growing.

I am the mother of a beautiful little girl who keeps me on my toes and is the reason I want to expand my career. I have the support of a large family who is always there for support and, of course, lots of fun too. I very much enjoy party planning and keeping smiles on my co–workers' faces, as a happy work environment keeps me smiling, too. Growing up in Sandpoint, I had a great appreciation for everything the northern panhandle had to offer. After high school, I moved to Lewiston to continue my education at Lewis Clark State College. After being in the LC Valley for over 30 years, my family and I decided it was time to come back home. My wife and children love Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding area and were very excited to move back, and as luck would have it, I was able to come to work for ACI Northwest right here in Coeur d’Alene.

I have always enjoyed sales since it is such a great opportunity to meet new people and develop strong personal and professional relationships. I enjoyed a great career after college, 19 years in Radio, and I was able to work hard and eventually be rewarded with the position of General Sales Manager. In this position, I oversaw 9 terrific radio stations in the quad cities, but as I said, it was time to come home and enjoy this incredible area with my family, and I look forward to working with you!
