Our furnace was not heating the house so I called and got Felicia who was so professional immediately I got a call back from a senior tech and just from me explaining to him what was going on he knew what part to order. Within 2 days he showed up and fixed our furnace in 10 minutes. That morning prior to him showing up we received a professional courtesy call from Felicia asking us if a certain time frame window would work for us that afternoon which it did. Best customer service and workmanship we've had for a while. Definitely separates good companies like ACI Northwest from the rest.
