ACI Northwest installs Samsung ductless mini-split systems across the Inland Northwest — and as a Lennox Premier Dealer, we carry Lennox Powered by Samsung mini-split products, giving you access to Samsung’s industry-leading ductless technology backed by the Lennox dealer network and ACI’s 30+ years of local installation expertise.

Samsung has built a reputation for innovation in virtually every technology category it enters, and their HVAC systems are no exception. Their ductless mini-splits combine advanced inverter engineering, exclusive Wind-Free™ comfort technology, and deep smart home integration — making them one of the most capable and innovative ductless options on the market today.

Why Samsung?

Wind-Free™ Technology — A True Differentiator
Samsung’s signature Wind-Free™ technology is unlike anything else in the residential ductless market. Rather than blowing conditioned air directly into the room, Wind-Free™ systems distribute air through 23,000 micro-perforations in the indoor unit — creating what Samsung and ASHRAE define as “still air” comfort. No drafts, no cold blasts, just consistent, quiet comfort throughout the space.

Cold-Climate Performance
Samsung Max Heat models are engineered to operate efficiently at outdoor temperatures as low as -13°F — making them a viable heating solution for North Idaho’s coldest stretches, not just a warm-weather cooling option.

AI-Powered Smart Operation
Samsung’s AI Auto Mode learns your home’s patterns — indoor temperature, outdoor conditions, time of day, and usage habits — and automatically adjusts system operation to maximize comfort and minimize energy consumption. Pair it with the SmartThings app for full remote control and real-time performance monitoring from your phone.

Strong Warranty Coverage
Samsung provides 10-year compressor coverage and 5-year parts warranty on professionally installed and registered systems — competitive warranty protection that reflects their confidence in the equipment’s durability.
