Job Opportunities & Positions We Offer

HVAC Apprentice

An HVAC Apprentice assists experienced technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves learning to troubleshoot equipment, handle tools and materials, follow safety procedures, and provide quality service to customers. Apprentices gain hands-on experience while developing the technical skills needed for a career in the HVAC industry.

Journeyman Technician

A Journeyman HVAC Technician installs, services, and repairs heating and cooling systems in residential and light commercial settings. They diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, ensure all work meets code requirements, and deliver reliable, high-quality service. Journeymen also help guide apprentices and keep projects running safely and efficiently.

Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer

A Commercial HVAC Journeyman Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial facilities. This role includes reading blueprints, setting equipment, installing ductwork and piping, and ensuring all work meets code and project specifications. They work closely with project teams, maintain job site safety, and help lead apprentices to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Residential HVAC Journeyman Installer

A Residential HVAC Journeyman Installer installs heating and cooling systems in homes, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork. This role involves reading plans, ensuring proper system sizing and installation, and delivering clean, efficient, and code-compliant work. They also provide a high level of customer service and help guide apprentices to ensure quality and consistency on every job.

Service Dispatcher

A Service Dispatcher coordinates and schedules HVAC service calls, ensuring technicians are efficiently assigned and jobs are completed on time. This role involves communicating with customers, managing daily routes, tracking job progress, and supporting technicians in the field. The dispatcher plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service and keeping operations running smoothly.

Residential Salesperson

A Residential HVAC Salesperson works with homeowners to assess comfort needs and recommend heating and cooling solutions. This role includes conducting in-home consultations, preparing estimates, explaining equipment options, and closing sales. They focus on delivering a strong customer experience while ensuring solutions are efficient, reliable, and tailored to each home.

Commercial Accounts Manager

A Commercial Accounts Manager builds and maintains relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their HVAC needs are met with reliable service and solutions. This role includes managing key accounts, coordinating service and project work, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities for growth. They act as the main point of contact, delivering responsive communication and long-term customer satisfaction.

HVAC Project Manager
