The ACI Team really helped us out. Our water heater was leaking everywhere and needed to be replaced. The entire job was done just over 24hrs later. The team was very accommodating and professional. Eric, Ted and Lauden were wonderful and managed to squeeze us in just before the holiday weekend.
The very best company you could ever get to do work for you, no matter what you need done, anywhere from heating to air-conditioning to water heater insulation. to anywhere from electrical to ground work. You need it done ,get it done by ACI Northwest. Staff and employees are awesome people to work with. They do a fantastic job.
The young gentleman who installed my unit were kind and courteous they were quick and cleaned up after themselves
Casey is a "Gold Star" employee! He was infinitely resourceful in solving the problem which persisted in my furnace. His intelligence and problem solving were amazing to me. I really felt like my problem mattered, and he kept working 'til the problem was solved! I would recommend Casey and ACI to anyone interested!
Dean came and we were so impressed with his professionalism, manner, helpfulness in answering our questions and engendering trust. We definitely want him again to service any problems we have and to come for regular maintenance.
Our furnace was not heating the house so I called and got Felicia who was so professional immediately I got a call back from a senior tech and just from me explaining to him what was going on he knew what part to order. Within 2 days he showed up and fixed our furnace in 10 minutes. That morning prior to him showing up we received a professional courtesy call from Felicia asking us if a certain time frame window would work for us that afternoon which it did. Best customer service and workmanship we've had for a while. Definitely separates good companies like ACI Northwest from the rest. Superior service received! Customer service was awesome! They were able to send someone out within 24hrs to check out the problem and were able to fix while there.
