Jason R.

General Manager

Jason Roop General Manager at ACI NorthwestI began my career as a European car mechanic in the early 90’s and after a few years of doing this I realized it was not my lifelong career. I enrolled in one to the top rated schools for the HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning & refrigeration) trade which was located in Phoenix Arizona. After graduating I began my service technician career in the San Francisco bay area where I spent most of my apprenticeship years perfecting my abilities to service multiple areas of the heating and cooling industry. Having grown up in the Coeur d’ Alene area I began to miss home and, with some coaxing, I convinced my wife that it was a great place to raise our family and we moved back.

I then began my northwest heating and cooling career in 1997 with a local company which was purchased by ACI in 2004. With lots of hard work and a strong faith in God I was able to move into the role of general manager which now allows me to assist all of our ACI family and our great customers, who have come to appreciate our great customer service we strive to achieve daily. ACI has an excellent group of people who work here every day and has set as our goal to do what is right by our customers every day. I want to thank you for the opportunity to serve you today.

Commercial Account Manager

Mike Jones Commercial Account Manager at ACI Northwest

I have been working with the company since 1994, during this time I have gone from a service electrician to a Commercial Account Manager. During my time as a service electrician I supported the commercial install department by installing direct digital controls (DDC) for building automation systems for heating, ventilation and air conditioning temperature controls along with a growing interest of environment monitoring and energy efficiency controls. I have gained a great knowledge of the HVAC industry while performing these installations and how they operate lowering our customers cost of operation.

I now work with the commercial service department helping acquiring new customers and helping them with energy savings opportunities along with managing our large customer base we currently support. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my wife and son in the outdoors and all the enmities it provides such as camping, hiking, shooting sporting clays, hunting and fishing. I also am involved in the local community volunteering for multiple activities such as supporting the local swimming community as a stroke and turn official.

Service Dispatch

Felicia Service DispatchI have been working in the customer service industry for more then six years with some of the largest phone service companies in the area. I have been able to gleam a great deal of knowledge and ability in what it takes to get customers what they need in a timely manner. I came to ACI based on their reputation and the hope to grow my personal career with a company that is growing because of their great customer service. My goal is to continue my customer service learning with ACI and become part of a team that is growing.

I am a mother of a beautiful little girl who keeps me on my toes and is the reason for my wanting to expand my career. I have the support of a large family who is always there for support and of course lots of fun too. I very much enjoy party planning and keeping smiles on my co–workers faces as a happy work environment keeps me smiling too. I hope this helps you in making your decision to use ACI for your Heating, Cooling & Electrical needs.

Daily Operations Manager

Barb Cooper Operations Manager at ACI NorthwestI joined the ACI team in 2014 bringing over 30 years of experience in customer service and management of service personnel in multiple call centers. I love helping out our customers. Some almost seem like family because they have been doing business with ACI for so long. I truly feel a sense of accomplishment when I can help one of our customers get exactly what they were hoping for from a great customer service provider like ACI.

I come from a large family of brothers and sisters who I love dearly and a husband of 27 yrs. I have three beautiful daughters, an amazing son–in–law & 7 wonderful grandchildren that keep me busy. I love gardening, family get togethers, celebrating anyone and everyone’s birthdays and in general making folks feel special.  To relax I enjoy taking long walks  while enjoying a sunrise a sunset or a summer rain, rainbows always bring a smile to my heart.

Install Manager

Rob Lillis Install Manager at ACI NorthwestI started my Heating & Cooling career in 2005 following a 20 year career in the US Navy.  I began as an apprentice in the ductwork fabrication shop and with hard work and determination to progress my career I  transitioned into residential installation. With my increased knowledge base as an installer I was then able to move into residential and commercial service as a technician. After a short stint in service I realized my strengths were in the install division and transferred back into light installation department.

After serving ACI in this capacity for some time the opportunity to move into management was opened to me and I moved into install manager and have been enjoying helping our customers and install team with great installations of heating and cooling equipment since then.  I believe my military background has served me greatly in dealing with customers and finding solutions when issues arise.  In my spare time I enjoy woodworking and spending time with family and friends.

Jason H.

Residential Comfort Advisor

Jason Huss Operations Manager at ACI NorthwestI have worked in the heating and cooling industry for more than 24 years with 8 of those years here with ACI Northwest. I have truly enjoyed the last 8 years with ACI helping my customers find the best solution both in comfort and affordability to fit their needs. My education started at Royal City high school where I graduated and moved on to Eastern Washington University where my career path was teaching at the high school level.

As with many of us life circumstances happened and I chose to pursue a career outside of education and this brought me to a wholesale heating and cooling distribution company where I managed dealer accounts and studied heating ,cooling & ventilation in depth. In my quest to expand my knowledge base and to better support my dealers more thoroughly I attended many trainings such as, American Standard Start Program, Trane Territory Manager HVAC Program, Comfort Advisor Bootcamp and Wrightsoft Duct Design, just to name a few. I feel that these trainings have equipped me with the knowledge to help my customers make the best educated decision on their home investment of heating and cooling. My goal with each customer is to listen to their needs, educate them on what is available, and then help them decide on the best fit both in equipment and affordability. In my off time a truly enjoy spending time with my 4 grown children & 6 grandchildren who I enjoy immensely.

Residential Comfort Advisor

Nick Sanders Residential Comfort Specialist at ACI NorthwestHi my name is Nick Sanders and I have been in the Heating and Cooling industry since 2007. I am a licensed HVAC journeyman, licensed gas piper and NATE certified technician. I spent most of those years as a residential and commercial service technician trouble shooting and repairing heating and cooling equipment. I moved into the Comfort Advisor position with the goal to help inform our customers of what is available to them so they can choose what best fits their needs and budget.

With my time spent as a service technician I gained a great working knowledge on how the heating and cooling systems can work best in a home which allows me to show you the best options for your application to make your home, or desired area, as comfortable as possible. My goal is to give you the perfect solution to your situation both in comfort and affordability. There are so many different types of systems for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation these days that having a Comfort Advisor with a working background of heating and cooling is ideal for showing you what will work best in your application. I look forward to seeing you in the future.
